Instructions to create competitor links cross table

• Enter a list of domain names in use by your competitors into the field above – enter one on each line. Select the Search Engines you would like to use. I recommend using Yahoo! and Google.
• Click on the 'Create table' button.
• Open the first link to view the pages listed in the search results.
• If you see a suitable page, contact the site's webmaster with a friendly link request.
• Repeat until you have examined all the links!

Quick tips

You will be able to return to the list, as the colours of the links you visit change.

Use the tab function of your browser to open the links in new tabs by clicking with the scroll button of your mouse, or by holding down the control key whilst clicking on a link.

Other tips

The cross table can be used for other purposes to compare search results for combinations of different queries. Please contact Marijn at Exadium if you find other uses for the tool!
